The proposed solutions are equipment systems that include pumping stations, where the necessary water pressure is generated, and washing stations installed at production sites.
Each post consists of a foam satellite, an inertial drum, a hose and a gun with nozzles. Compressed air and pressurized water are supplied to each post. During the mixing process in the foam station, foaming occurs under the influence of compressed air. The foam is applied to the contaminated surface and subsequently washed off with water under a pressure of 20-25 bar.
Switching of washing modes is carried out on the foam satellite and is intuitively clear to the company’s employees. Workers do not have access to setting the foam satellite; the concentration of detergents is adjusted using replaceable jets once for one detergent. A set of replacement jets is available from the technologist or engineer of the enterprise.
All components are mounted in cabinets and boxes made of AISI304 stainless steel. Cabinets, boxes, holders of hoses and canisters, mounting stands have an unlimited service life in the operating mode of equipment in food enterprises.

The advance payment is 50% of the total contract amount. 30% is paid before shipping the goods to the customer. 20% is paid within 10 days after signing the equipment acceptance certificate
