External foam cleaning and disinfection in beer production

A prerequisite for obtaining high-quality beer with good organoleptic properties and high biological stability is the microbiological purity of brewing production. Achieving the required sanitary and microbiological state of production is impossible without preventing its contamination at all stages — from raw materials to finished beer bottled in containers.

The main danger of biological contamination in beer production occurs during wort cooling. During fermentation and bottling of the product into containers, the danger remains. Product residues are an excellent breeding ground for the development of microorganisms. To prevent such processes, it is necessary to regularly disinfect premises, as well as monitor the personal hygiene of personnel.

The principle of operation is as follows: In the pumping station, a water pressure of 15-20 bar is created and maintained and along the main line it reaches the foam stations, where the foaming process occurs. Each washing station is supplied with pressurized water, compressed air and detergent. The worker just has to select the desired mode (foam/flush/disinfection), place the required nozzle on the washing gun and clean the production area.

The system for external foam washing includes a set of equipment consisting of a pressure boosting pump station and foam stations located throughout the workshop in cleaning areas. Foaming, pressure washing and sanitizing food equipment are tasks that you can easily handle with a stationary cleaning station. Operating personnel will no longer have to independently mix the cleaning solution, set up a foam generator, connect high-pressure apparatus, or move equipment from one room to another.

When introducing a stationary washing station for external foam washing into production, the time for cleaning premises and equipment will be significantly reduced, the consumption of water and detergents will be reduced, and sanitation and hygiene standards at the enterprise will increase.
