The most correct option for completing a foam station is to use an inertial stainless steel drum, which allows you to quickly unwind the hose and eliminate the risk of premature wear. At the same time, in small areas where the hose length is 10-15 meters, it is quite possible to use a standard holder for manual hose reeling.

For efficient operation of the foam washing system, high-quality hoses are required that are designed to work in food production facilities in conditions where alkaline and acidic detergents are used. Also, for each washing mode you need appropriate attachments.

Mounting stands are necessary in areas where it is not possible to use a wall to install equipment. These may be sandwich panels that are not designed for such loads. If it is possible to fix the equipment on a wall or column, then there is no need for mounting stands.

RAMEX drums

RAMEX drums are products of an Italian manufacturer, characterized by excellent technical performance and performance characteristics. Among them are manual and inertial drums, stainless steel and painted steel drums. They are widely used in food production. The drums of this manufacturer are distinguished by reliability, aesthetics, and ease of use. The main purpose of hose reels is to ensure that the hose unwinds quickly.

The drums are ideal for use in food and industrial shops, for use in acidic and alkaline environments during sanitary processing, washing components and parts with highly corrosive chemicals. These drums are considered more reliable due to the material used.

The drum is securely mounted on the wall, allowing you to quickly unwind and rewind the hose. For greater mobility and additional convenience, the drum is not mounted directly on the wall, but on a special swivel bracket.

The inertial drum differs from the non-inertial one in that its mechanism uses an internal spring system (return spring), which self-winds the hose back onto the drum. The person does not make any effort. Typically, the reel is also equipped with an automatic hose laying mechanism to guide proper hose laying.
