A stationary foam generator is a unit where water, detergent and compressed air are mixed. The main purpose is to apply foam to the surface to be treated. The most important component of the foam generator is the foam injector from the German company R+M, designed specifically to perform the assigned tasks, namely, applying thick foam and disinfecting equipment. All components are made of AISI304 stainless steel, which eliminates the possibility of rust and corrosion.
Protection of the satellite assembly with a casing is necessary to prevent chemicals from entering the mixing assembly.
Switching modes occurs by switching the handle, which is intuitive for operating personnel. Detergents are standard: either alkali-based or acid-based. In the SP3 modification, it is possible to use disinfection based on NAA with a concentration of 0.1% to 1%.
The concentration is adjusted once using special nozzles installed at the connection point of the hose for collecting the detergent. Concentration from 1% to 10%. The advantage of this type of concentration setting compared to a dosing valve is the fact that the operating personnel will not be able to independently “try to adjust” the operation of the station, for example, by turning the valve to the maximum possible flow rate. This eliminates the human factor in matters of detergent consumption.
